To get accurate nutrition recommendations, complete your profile with:

• Gender: Male or Female
• Age: Your current age in years
• Height: In centimeters (cm)
• Weight: In kilograms (kg)
• Activity Level: Sedentary, Moderate, Active, or Very Active
• Exercise Type: None, Sports, Cardio, or Gym
• Exercise Frequency: Times per week
• Goal: Cutting (lose weight), Maintenance, or Bulking (gain muscle)

The app will automatically calculate your TDEE and macro targets!

Our AI uses advanced computer vision to identify food:

1. Take a clear photo of your meal from directly above
2. AI analyzes the image using Google Gemini or OpenAI GPT-4
3. Identifies each food item and estimates portion sizes
4. Calculates nutrition (calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber)
5. Provides a meal score (1-10) with reasoning
6. Offers goal-specific recommendations

Tip: For best results, use good lighting and show the entire meal clearly!

GiziLens AI achieves 85-95% accuracy for common foods. Accuracy depends on:

• Image quality and lighting

• Wait until the next day (resets at midnight)

To cancel your Premium subscription:

1. Open Google Play Store
2. Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions
3. Select "Subscriptions"
4. Find GiziLens and tap it
5. Tap "Cancel subscription"

Your premium features will remain active until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months.

To permanently delete your account:

1. Open GiziLens app
2. Go to Settings → Account
3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm your decision

Warning: This will permanently delete all your data including food logs, nutrition history, and profile. This action cannot be undone!
