4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All software, code, and technology
• User interface design and features

You retain all rights to the food images and personal data you upload. However, by using GiziLens, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your food images through AI services for analysis
• Store your nutrition data to provide the Service
